Stufinder offers events & listening party services. We will plan your release party with you. figure out the space, theme, & all the little details that make a listening party great.

We have been working with some private clients to throw and host their listening parties and we thought we will offer this service to the public as an extension of Stufinder, the No. 1 to find and book recording studios.

Stufinder will also sponsor the event and offer Stufinder Napkins, Stufinder Plates, Stufinder Sticker, and more.

We’re currently are only taking on clients with MORE than a budget of $1,500. As we hire more Stufinder agents we will make this service more accessible.

In your room description you can also mention and detail additional services you offer, if an engineer is included, studio policies, rules, expectations, etc. Stufinder’s community of users loves searching and discovering new recording studios. The more detailed your listing is, the more session requests you will receive.

We will be working on in-app messaging which will allow for creatives/guests to be able to directly contact the studeur or studio before booking in the Stufinder app.

Please note that if a studio mentions an hourly minimum in their description, then they might not accept your session request if it does not comply with their hourly minimum.

Once a session/booking request has been sent, the dates, price amount, and details of the booking request can’t be modified. Both the creative and studeur can’t modify a session after it has been requested. Please note that booking requests are not contractual booking agreements, but requests for requesting a booking.

If you need to cancel please cancel and resubmit another session/booking request. You will soon be able to message the studeur/studio directly.

How to sell your studio sessions with your beat/instrumental price on Stufinder

You’re a producer who wants to list and sell studio sessions through stufinder. Listing your Studio Session & Beat Price on Stufinder is easy.

1. Download the Stufinder app via iOS or Android
2. Create an account or log in
3. Set up a Stripe in the Stufinder App to receive payments
4. Add a studio listing, list your home studio or the studio you work out of (you must get approval to use their studio name to create your listing) set the studio address, cancellation policy, & studio hours.
5. Add a room inside your studio, titled the room “Studio Session & Beat from ________”. Make sure you remove the quotes and replace ________ with your producer name. Add room description (optimize for a good feature description, tell them what they will be receiving etc, is it exclusive? does it come with a social media post?) add check in instructions, amenities, hourly price (this is your price including the beat), & photos of you in the studio.

and then you’re all set!

Make sure you have downloaded the Stufinder App on to your phone or device (Stufinder is also available on iPad)

2. Create an account or log in

Create a Stufinder Account. Fill out the sign up form and tap “Create account” and go through the verification process and accept the terms of conditions, then go through the sign up process.

3. Set up a Stripe in the Stufinder App to receive payments

On profile tab tap the “Add a Studio Become a Studeur” button, you will be asked to set up Stripe, tap the “Set up Stripe” button and fill out your information then you will be redirected back into the app.

4. Add a studio listing, list your home studio or the studio you work out of (you must get approval to use their studio name to create your listing) set the studio address, cancellation policy, & studio hours.

After completing stripe you will see the add studio screen. You can also access this screen by tapping the green “Add studio” button on the profile tab in the app. Add a studio listing, list your home studio or the studio you work out of (you must get approval to use their studio name to create your listing) set the studio address, cancellation policy, & studio hours.

1. Add your studio name, studio address, city, state, zipcode
2. Select cancelation policy
3. Select your studio hours

Once you’re all set, tap “Continue”.

Add room description (optimize for a good beat description, tell them what they will be receiving etc, is it exclusive? does it come with a social media post?) add check in instructions, amenities, hourly price (this is the price of the studio session including the feature), & photos of you in the studio.

Don’t forgot to make another listing for your studio’s regular hourly rate too. If you have more rooms, add those to the studio listing as well. You can manage all your sessions in one place.

Once you’ve done that you’re all set for booking!
