How do I get a Refund?

All past due sessions are automatically refunded within 24 hours after.

Refunds are based on the studio’s cancellation policy.

If the studio you’re booking or have booked has a Chill cancelation policy then you must cancel the session 24 hours prior to the session start time for a 100% refund.

If the studio you’re booking or have booked has a Moderate cancelation policy then you must cancel the session 48 hours prior to the session start time for a 100% refund

If the studio you’re booking or have booked has a Strict cancelation policy then there are no cancelations or refunds.

If you cancel a booking within that time or the Studeur/studio hasn’t accepted in time, your refund will return back to the payment method you used. If your payment has already processed, it will take 48-72 hours to receive your refund. If your booking has not been accepted or your payment is still pending, your money will be refunded immediately.
